A fully custom home built from the ground up — designed around the way the family actually lives. We managed every phase from permitting and foundation through framing, mechanical rough-ins, and final finishes. No subcontractor handoffs, no surprises. Just one point of contact from start to move-in.

A complete backyard transformation — screened porch with vaulted ceiling, composite decking, and a covered pool surround. The homeowners wanted a space they could actually use year-round. We handled permitting, framing, roofing, and all finish work from start to finish.

Full gut-and-rebuild kitchen renovation. We removed a load-bearing wall to open the layout, installed custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a new island. New electrical, plumbing rough-in, tile backsplash, and lighting — coordinated and managed by us from demo through final punch list.

A detached accessory dwelling unit built for a multigenerational family. Full foundation, framing, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical — permitted and inspected through the City of Charlotte. Finished with a full kitchen, bath, and private entrance. Ready for long-term occupancy.

The original master bath was cramped and dated. We reconfigured the layout to fit a walk-in tile shower, freestanding soaking tub, and double vanity — all within the existing footprint. New plumbing, waterproofing, tile work, and custom mirrors. Finished in under four weeks.

The existing deck was structurally compromised. We demoed it completely, rebuilt with pressure-treated framing and composite decking, and added a new stair run to the backyard. New railings, post hardware, and a landing pad below. Built to current code and inspected.
